Beautiful 1997 Jaguar XK8 with only 40, 000 miles. This car has been babied and is in great shape. The exterior is a beautiful blue called Antigua and the lnew interior color is called oatmeal. The interior is possibly the byou’ll ever see. The wood has a mirror like shine with no scratches or cracks. The seats have no rips, tears or wear and they are very supple and soft- I treat them with Leatherique every 3 months to keep the leather in such great shape. The convertible top operates beautifully. There are no leaks or wind noise and there are no funky smells in the interior, just the aroma of the Connolly leather. Everything works as it should including the AC. I have spared no expense in maintaining this vehicle. Recent work includes a new drive belt, new brakes all the way around, fluids changed, new self dimming rear view mirror, and a new battery. No after market parts have been used, only genuine Jaguar parts. These vehicles were known for have two maintenance issues- the timing chain tensioners and the hydraulic hose for the convertible top. As preventative measure I have had the tensioners and the hydraulic hose replaced with the upgraded versions so these will not be an issue for the new owner.
